Our Seashell Tier is $29.99/month and includes three mermaid treasures. Our Seahorse Tier is $39.99/month and includes four mermaid treasures.

Question How does the subscription work?
Answer

Once you subscribe to the Mermaid Box, you will receive a monthly box (or bag, if you’re subscribed to the Mermaid Bag) filled with mermaid-themed items. Subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of each month. You can choose to subscribe on a month-to-month basis or prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months at a time for additional savings.

Question When will my Mermaid Box ship?
Answer

Mermaid Boxes typically ship around the 15th of each month. If you subscribe after the boxes have shipped, your first box will be shipped immediately so that you receive that month’s box. For example, if you subscribe on January 24th, your first box will be shipped ASAP and you will receive the January box. 

Question How can I track my Mermaid Box?
Answer

Once your Mermaid Box is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. You can use this information to track your box's journey to your doorstep.

Question What if I receive a damaged item?
Answer
We take great care in packaging your Mermaid Box, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your box. Include photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Question What if I receive a piece of clothing that doesn’t fit?
Answer
No worries! Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your box and we will arrange for a replacement in a better size to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Question How do I cancel my subscription?
Answer
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date to prevent the subscription from renewing. You can cancel it online by logging in here, or by e-mailing us at [email protected]. Please note that prepaid subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months) cannot be refunded once the first box has shipped, but you can opt-out of renewal.

No, we do not offer international shipping and only ship within the United States at this time.
