What is the Mermaid Box?
The Mermaid Box is a monthly subscription service provided by Mermaidery, delivering a magical selection of mermaid-themed items right to your doorstep. Each box is carefully curated to include a variety of mermaid products such as exclusive mermaid apparel, accessories, decor, beauty products, and other siren-inspired treasures.

What is the difference between the Seashell Tier and the Seahorse Tier of the Mermaid Box subscription?
Our Seashell Tier is $29.99/month and includes three mermaid treasures. Our Seahorse Tier is $39.99/month and includes four mermaid treasures.

How does the subscription work?
Once you subscribe to the Mermaid Box, you will receive a monthly box filled with mermaid-themed items. Subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of each month. You can choose to subscribe on a month-to-month basis or prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months at a time for additional savings.

When will my Mermaid Box ship?
Mermaid Boxes typically ship around the 15th of each month. If you subscribe after the boxes have shipped, your first box will be shipped immediately so that you receive that month’s box. For example, if you subscribe on January 24th, your first box will be shipped ASAP and you will receive the January box. 

How can I track my Mermaid Box?
Once your Mermaid Box is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. You can use this information to track your box’s journey to your doorstep.

What if I receive a damaged item?
We take great care in packaging your Mermaid Box, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your box. Include photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

What if I receive a piece of clothing that doesn’t fit?
No worries! Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your box and we will arrange for a replacement in a better size to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date to prevent the subscription from renewing. You can cancel it online by logging in here, or by e-mailing us at [email protected]. Please note that prepaid subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months) cannot be refunded once the first box has shipped, but you can opt-out of renewal.

Can I gift a Mermaid Box subscription?
Absolutely! A Mermaid Box subscription makes a fantastic gift for any mermaid enthusiast. You can purchase a gift subscription by entering the recipient’s shipping address into the order. Why is the packaging in my Mermaid Box different each month?
We are committed to reducing waste and taking care of our precious oceans by reusing packaging instead of throwing it away and having custom packaging made, creating more waste. We hope to help keep our oceans clean and our mermaids happy!
