However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. Below you’ll find our return policy, designed to make any returns as smooth as a mermaid swimming through a calm lagoon.

Return Eligibility

  • Mermaid Box and Mermaid Bag: Due to the unique nature of these items, the Mermaid Box and Mermaid Bag are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your Mermaid Box or Mermaid Bag arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your damaged box to initiate the replacement process.
  • Clothing in the Mermaid Box and Mermaid Bag: We want you to love your mermaid-inspired attire! If you are not satisfied with the size of your clothing item, we offer exchanges for a different size at no charge to you. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your damaged box to initiate an exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Approval: Once your return or exchange request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged Mermaid Boxes or Mermaid Bags, where we cover the cost of the replacement shipment.

Exclusions

Gift certificates, sale items, and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects or damage.
